We would strongly advise not. The door is under spring tension and is being held by cables that may already be compromised. This is the repair that most often produces injuries when it is attempted at home.
It depends where and how badly. Shallow dents in a straight run can often be dressed out. Creased or spread rail, and almost any damage to the curved section, gets replaced, because straightened steel rarely holds its shape under load.
