A new floor threshold and a new bottom rubber, done together to close the gap between the door and the concrete. What each part actually does, and what a threshold will not fix.
An older sectional door in Tucson replaced with a new white steel door with traditional raised panels. Tracks aligned, the torsion spring system adjusted to the new door and the existing LiftMaster opener reconnected.
An old, heavy one-piece slab door on Edwin Road in Catalina needed to come out and be replaced. A two-person job: supported, spring tension released in sequence, opening prepared and a new door installed.
The top two panels of a Rita Ranch garage door were folding inward and popping. Cracks behind the hinges were letting the door sag, so we braced the panel with a reinforcement strut.
A Marana homeowner wanted the front of the house looking right before putting it on the market. We installed modern wood-plank style garage doors in a weathered gray finish across both openings.
A Far Horizons homeowner had an opener that cut out after two or three cycles, and a door that was opening by itself at night. We replaced the unit with a new LiftMaster chain drive and ran a full safety test.
