Our Work
Real jobs from around Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana and the surrounding communities. Every one of these was completed by our own technicians.
Newest first. Each one shows what the door was doing, what we found and what we fitted.
A Far Horizons homeowner had an opener that cut out after two or three cycles, and a door that was opening by itself at night. We replaced the unit with a new LiftMaster chain drive and ran a full safety test.
A Harold Bell Wright Estates homeowner had a noisy garage door and a wide band of daylight showing underneath it. Zeneroso lubricated the moving parts and installed a new flexible bottom seal.
A Riverside Terrace homeowner’s door opened only a few inches before closing again. Both torsion springs were broken. We replaced the pair, balanced the door and performed a general service.
A damaged door at Sonoran Palms Townhomes raised the question every homeowner asks: repair it, or put the money toward a new one. Here is how that call was made.
A Horizon Heights homeowner’s opener hummed but would not lift the door. The gear and sprocket assembly had failed, and the springs were not counterbalancing the door either.
A Shadow Glen homeowner’s door stopped working. A broken torsion spring was the cause, and the inspection also found badly frayed lift cables. Both were replaced.
Tell us what it is doing and we will give you a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
