A Horizon Heights homeowner’s opener hummed but would not lift the door. The gear and sprocket assembly had failed, and the springs were not counterbalancing the door either.

A Shadow Glen homeowner’s door stopped working. A broken torsion spring was the cause, and the inspection also found badly frayed lift cables. Both were replaced.

A Rancho Vistoso homeowner needed a keypad fitted and two remotes programmed. Our inspection also found the broken hinge behind the rattle.
